    Owner-only invitation and role ledger. Shared passwords never grant production access.

    Safety boundaryOnly an active Owner can invite a non-Owner role. Authentication uses Google through Cognito; the application stores the verified issuer/subject and append-only role history, never Google credentials or an email value.

    The person signs in with Google first and shares their 24-hour code. This creates an immutable non-Owner access record; it cannot create another Owner, alter an active model, expose contact email data, or publish a signal.
